We ended what has been a rather mixed year
of highs and lows
in a very good place:
with precious family and wonderful friends on our beautiful harbour.

Awesome photos, especially love the 2nd one (would look good enlarged and framed) – I am jealous of the Sydney fireworks – we have none around here and the kids only see them on the tv (though I am sure they would both hate the noise) – in Brisbane we used to watch the fireworks from a distance and they loved it. Happy New Year bb and 2013 better be good or I will be making an official complaint
Thanks, Gabe. We normally watch them from a distance too (or go to sleep before they happen, haha) but friends of ours in the navy made a special effort for us this year because i have my niece and her husband here from SA and organised us tickets to the naval base. It was a great night.
I will be right behind you in the complaints queue. 2012 was exhausting!
