Thanks, Blossom Dreams – it is a tough thing to deal with and sometimes life events don’t help, do they? Apparently many forms of depression are underpinned by a disturbance in Circadian rythyms. I find that staying healthy physically and getting up at first light makes an enormous difference to the intensity of DV for me. Thanks for stopping by this post.
lovely said!
the defining hours…words so true…xPenx
Hi Pen – I just saw your comment here to which I never replied – my apologies 😦 bb
This is a nice one. . .I like the symmetry, and the idea of how very different things can look, at different times of day.
Thanks, Elaine 🙂
Amazing words…I can relate to them so much. In fact, I can feel such differences of emotion many times in just one day.
The black dog sucks doesn’t it? I’m learning to enjoy the good moments as much as possible though and just try to “ride out” the darker ones xx

I agree, taking care of our physical body really does help to lift the mind 😀
Have a great day,
Chloe xx
I like the two views from opposite ends of the day and the struggles of hope.
Thanks, Mark – disruption in our circadian rhythms can certainly colour our view of things 🙂
