  1. Amazing words…I can relate to them so much. In fact, I can feel such differences of emotion many times in just one day.

    The black dog sucks doesn’t it? I’m learning to enjoy the good moments as much as possible though and just try to “ride out” the darker ones xx

    • Thanks, Blossom Dreams – it is a tough thing to deal with and sometimes life events don’t help, do they? Apparently many forms of depression are underpinned by a disturbance in Circadian rythyms. I find that staying healthy physically and getting up at first light makes an enormous difference to the intensity of DV for me. Thanks for stopping by this post.
