Yes, yes, yes. Happiness is certainly walking in the warm spring sunshine after a cold winter. Warms the body and soul. Hope you get nice weather in your state, BB. It’s still a bit chilly here in Melbourne, but we’re getting there π
I was waiting for a colleague who was up from Melbourne yesterday, and he sent me a text saying “I am here sitting outside in the sun. Something us Melbournites do not see…:)” An exaggeration of course, but clearly he is fed-up with the persisting chilly weather down there. ππ
Haha, your Melbourne friend is so right. The sun shines brightest in the summer here. It’s spring, yes, but so far many of the days have been chilly. We did get a few summer-like days this week…hope there will be more soon. Enjoy the sunshine in Sydney (I’m assuming that’s where you are, BB. Always got the impression you lived there) π
Come on Spring! It’s actually still a bit cool here in the tropics, but I’m really enjoying it. All my new vegies are springing up and there’s flowers on the mango, avocado and lichee trees! Hip Hip Hooray! π
How nice to see the fruits of your labours springing up around you. π I’ve been rather lax in that department, so am grateful for the neighbourhood green thumbs who make walking about so pleasant. π
You spring as we fall – well I guess just proves the world is not flat, only a round earth could put such a spin on the seasons. π
Delightful composition. π
Thanks, Joseph. I’ve just been on your side of the equator for a week and we sweltered, and now back in Oz we’re freezing, so I think the weather’s a bit unsure of itself at the moment. π
Oh sure, rub it in … as we head out of summer and into fall and winter in Montreal you post a beautiful early spring photo. That’s cruel…
Swings and roundabouts. π

Yes, I live in Sydney π
Oh, yes. And Spring is why I have gone back to running. π
Wish I could go back to running, MOSY. It is invigorating!
I’m jealous…Here in the Northeastern US, our beautiful fall has begun…but then…WINTER. Enjoy your spring!
Your Fall is something to behold, Sue. And so is your winter, but I suppose it’s different to live in it. π
Yes, even the winter can LOOK beautiful as long as you are inside. π
I couldn’t agree more, now how am I going to get through winter? π
With lots of hot chocolate and marshmallows. π
Love it, BB! I’m so glad I live in Florida where summer morphs into spring without spending much time in winter.
You made a good choice there, Nancy. ππ
Right…some folks are starting spring…we’re preparing for winter…well such as it is in SoCal. π
Yes, Charles – I guess yours is rather a mild one unlike other parts of the country.
totally agree – and love the contrast of colours in the photo π
Thanks, Gabe – hope the summer rains come your way – in moderation, of course!
Ah em wit choo ! Ah EM !!! [grin]
Doing that as I type, M-R. It’s the season for sneezin’, for sure. πΌ
Beautiful photo, Bb. The flowers look so happy!
Thanks, Adee. Yes, they do πΊπΌπΉ:) They were so bright in the sunshine.
