What incredible colours, BB, I am very envious: I never seem to be able to catch these moments properly. You share it beautifully. We are in the midst of our Autumn. The trees are about to put on similar displays, I hope.
Can you believe the devastation, Gabe – it’s terrible. These photos were taking last year around the 13th of October when it had been snowing there and now it’s on fire. The skies around Sydney are really smoky.
Beautiful sunset
The mountains provide the perfect setting for the sun’s artwork.
Amazing!
It was last October, when it snowed in the Blue Mountains – lovely all round 🙂

Love the intensity of the colors.
Nature knows its stuff 🙂
Hi bluebee, great colors in those clouds–and thanks for listing puncta lucis in your top 5–I’m honored by the mention!

Australian ochre sunsets are quite startling at times. Autumn in England has its own beauty, Kate. 🙂
Great photos. Really, really nice. Thanks for sharing them.
Thanks for popping in, Wally 🙂
nature is such an amazing thing BB
It is, Jo – and it’s always there for us to enjoy, and for free! Thanks 🙂
Glory be beautiful!
Thanks, Monica. Unfortunately, the area in the sunset photos is currently being devastated by bush fires.
That’s hard news, Bluebee. I’m really sorry.
stunning photos bb – but so sad what is happening in the blue mountains at the moment 😦
